To ensure that the matters within the scope of the unit's duties are carried out in a healthy, orderly and efficient manner and in accordance with the relevant legislation,



To prepare the necessary plans and instructions for the execution of the services under its responsibility,



To ensure that the branch staff works Decently and cooperatively, to distribute and supervise the tasks among them,



To ensure that the issues submitted to the branch are examined in a timely manner, finalized and the necessary actions are taken,



To assist the supervisor in solving the problems encountered in the development and implementation of the services related to the unit,



To provide training and education of personnel,



To work in accordance with the quality management system and to ensure that the units connected to it work in accordance with the quality management system,



To exercise other similar powers and to perform the duties assigned by their superiors.



Personnel Unit:



Monitoring of personnel affairs (daily/annual leave, excused leave, unpaid leave, reports, execution, commissioning, dismissal, appointment, assignment and retirement), making and filing correspondence,



Preparation and filing of official correspondence of the Presidency inside and outside the institution,



Informing the staff of the official letters received by our presidency and related to the staff and informing them about the relevant issue,



The files of the personnel who have left the institution should be sent to possible future correspondence (retirement service period, judicial affairs, etc.) Being held against.) and to respond to requests in writing,



Preparation of Family Assistance and Family Status Notification Form for personnel whose Family Situation has changed,



Sending the Asset Declaration transactions of academic and administrative personnel to the Personnel Department,



To ensure that the Personal Files and information of academic and administrative personnel are updated,



Creating monthly and annual statistics,



To have the assignment correspondence of all personnel with/without travel allowance and on administrative leave,



To perform all kinds of management and management duties related to the office,



Broadcasting Unit:



Execution and filing of internal and external correspondence of our Presidency,



All documents received from outside the university and Presidential units are saved to the computer along with the number and date in the EBYS environment and transmitted to the Presidency,



Documents sent outside the institution are sent by the relevant units via EBYS and delivered by mail or by hand.



In accordance with the dispatch of the Presidency to the relevant units, it is recorded in the embezzlement book and delivered to the relevant persons in return for a signature,



Sending special documents to the relevant units for delivery to individuals,



Delivery of letters returned to the unit after signing in exchange for embezzlement according to the place of dispatch,



Obtaining and archiving the necessary documents for inspectors and inspectors assigned in discipline and investigations,



Preparation of department activity reports, strategic plan performance indicators forms and sending them to the necessary units,



Vehicle Services Unit



To carry out the transportation and management of the vehicles of our presidency,



Tracking the maintenance and repair expenses of official vehicles belonging to our presidency, mandatory traffic insurance and automobile insurance expenses, as well as traffic and exhaust inspections,



Daily entry of information about Fuel Oil, Assignment and Inspection into the Vehicle Information System of Vehicles,



The entry of all kinds of vehicles into the Public Fleet Information System (KFBS) and the Public Vehicles Information Management System (KBS) (Fuel Oil, Insurance, Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, etc.)



Assignment of official vehicles and drivers belonging to our Presidency for Student Communities, Faculties, Colleges, Vocational Schools and requests for activities that students will perform inside and outside the province, conducting correspondence and checking the requested documents (Mandatory Travel Insurance, Participant List and TURSAB Certificate),



Periodic maintenance of vehicles on time



Cultural Centers

Keeping Cultural Centers ready for use at all times,

To check the appropriateness of the applications received for the events to be organized by the student communities of our university and to allocate a hall with the approval of the Rectorate,

Deposit the fee determined when allocating the hall for applications received from outside to the account of the Strategy Department,

To take the necessary measures in the events that our university will organize on special occasions,

To meet the demands from the units during graduation ceremonies,

To provide services such as tea, coffee and water at events organized in cultural centers and to welcome incoming guests,

Directing and managing the personnel in the units reporting to him and determining the distribution of tasks,

To respond to requests related to salons, to prepare and follow up correspondence,

Tracking staff exits,

To take the necessary measures in terms of cleanliness and hygiene of the halls and to ensure that the employees comply with the rules,

To take and follow the necessary measures in the repair, renovation, heating and cooling of halls.
