Personal Affairs Unit


Supervision of personnel working in the Department of Health Culture and Sports and personnel hired within the scope of Personnel Support Recruitment and employed in various units; monitoring, correspondence and filing of personnel Personnel Affairs (daily / annual leave, excuse leave, unpaid leave, report, execution, initiation, dismissal, appointment, appointment and retirement ),

Execution and filing of internal and external official correspondence of our department,

Ensuring that the official letters received by our Department and related to the personnel are notified to the personnel and informed about the relevant issue,

The files of the personnel who have left the institution may be related to future correspondence (retirement, service period, judicial affairs, etc.) to be maintained against and to respond in writing to incoming requests,

Preparing a Family Assistance and Family Status notification form for people who have changed their family situation,

Monitors and archives the property notification operations of academic and administrative personnel,

To be responsible for the quality of the work done and to control the quality of the work performed within its area of responsibility,

Not to depart from the principles of confidentiality, accuracy, promptness and reliability during the mission,

Updating Personal Files and information of Academic and Administrative personnel,

Monthly and annual Statistics,

Assignment correspondence of all Personnel with/without a trip and on administrative leave,

To carry out all kinds of dispatch and administration works related to the office,

To perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager and the Head of Department in relation to their duties.
