Vehicle Services Unit

To carry out the dispatch and administration of presidential vehicles.

Maintenance and repair expenses of official vehicles belonging to our Presidency, as well as mandatory traffic insurance and automobile insurance expenses, monitoring of traffic and exhaust inspections.

Assignment of official vehicles and drivers belonging to our Presidency for Student Communities, Faculty, College, Vocational School requests and activities that students will do inside and outside the Province, making correspondence.

To ensure that the maintenance and cleaning works of the vehicles are carried out on time and that they are kept in working condition.

To identify the damages caused to the vehicles without delay and inform the supervisors.

Users perform daily and weekly maintenance of vehicles.

To ensure that the fuel and oil needs of the vehicles are made on time and to carry out the control.

To ensure that periodic maintenance of vehicles is carried out on time.

To be responsible for the quality of the work he does and to control the quality of the work performed within his area of responsibility.

To perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager and the Head of Department in relation to their duties.
