Social Facilities Branch Directorate
To ensure the effective, efficient, and legally compliant operation of the social facilities within Mersin University, the following activities are carried out:
• Ensuring the operation of the university's social facilities and addressing any issues.
• Managing the administrative, financial, and technical affairs and processes of the social facilities.
• Determining the service standards of the facilities and conducting studies to improve service quality.
• Archiving the social facility budget, monitoring and reporting income and expenditure distribution.
• Monitoring the procurement of goods and services within the framework of relevant legislation.
• Ensuring the management and supervision of personnel working in the facilities.
• Ensuring the regular maintenance of cleaning, repair, and technical services.
• Conducting projects aimed at improving social services offered to students, individuals, and guests.
